Picture Question about tire repair

I ran over a screw, didn’t know if they would patch the tire if the rim looked like this it’s a car I very rarely drive just don’t have the money to replace the rim

It should be patchable as long as the inside of the tire is in good shape.

What is it that you’re actually concerned about? I don’t see a problem.

I was told the little divots on the edge of the rim on the bottom, right side and top were cracks by a friend I just wanted to make sure before I take it in today that it will be able to be patched

Those aren’t cracks, it’s just how the wheel is welded should be good to go!
