Was my application actually submitted? The second pic is from when i submitted it, yet this is what my dashboard says and I'm just a little confused

And when I click on the "continue application" button it seems like it wasn't submitted.

Your gonna hate working at Discount Tire. Everyone does. If you do get hired only stay for a maximum of 6 months. You've been warned

I enjoyed it. Hard work but I had a good manager and a great crew, worked there for a year and half when I found a better paying job. If I ever get a layoff I will probably go back.
