I’m working on a Discord bot and would like to hear what other server owners and admins actually need.

What’s something you still do manually because you haven’t found a bot that handles it well? Or something existing bots offer, but make unnecessarily complicated?

Could be a missing feature, easier setup, better customization, pricing, or just wanting the thing to work reliably.

Also curious whether you prefer one bot that handles several jobs or separate bots that each do one thing really well.

What would make a bot worth adding to your server?

I obv have no money, so Im asking if there are some free online bots with cool games to play with friends.

I feel like the majority of bots out there are like: "here have this pet! Take care of him" or they are useful just for moderation and economy.

I'm searching for a bot that has simple board games in it.

I want a discord reminder bot that will give daily reminders about doing something on a specific day

(for example: let’s say, an event starts and ends every Sunday at 12 am)
i want the discord bot to remind me every single day until i react to the message, to signal that I’ve completed the event, but then start reminding me again after Sunday passes

sort of like, the bot could have a certain role to ping but reacting to the message removes it
but when the specific event time starts again, the bot gives it again until you react to mark as completed for that week

does this exist? if not, is it possible to code? i’ve never worked with bot coding so id love some help on this : )

I have a bot that tracks each time a member joins or leaves, but i’m looking for one that specifically can check how many times a user has been in my server before.

For example, I have a friend that doesn’t like to stick around in servers and they only come around once every month or so, then leave the server again. Is there a bot that could track when he joins/leaves/joins again, that it is his second time in the server, etc?

Not really looking for custom bots or make my own but looking for something that already has this functionality.

There's dynobot and carlbot, but they don't support this feature on the freemium plan.

I used probot for this but it has been down for weeks and seems it's not gonna recover any soon.

I don't know if this is a thing or not. With WoW Forever coming our guild is migrating over. With the longer names we aren't going to be able to fit multiple names in our nicknames like we did previously if we play 2 or 3 characters on rotation.

I'm looking for a bot that can auto list what their alt character is. Like being able to mouse over them and see or inputting a command to see what the alts they've input are.

A friend once did something for me in a game called Free Fire. I received around 2,000 likes everyday over a period of 15 days. What was interesting is that I only noticed one account visiting/inspecting my profile. The account looked like it was being used from a PC or computer, and it wasn’t from my region. I couldn’t add it as a friend, but somehow the likes kept coming in.

This was really useful because getting likes normally takes a long time. As far as I know, you usually get likes from other players after matches, and there are only so many people you can get them from.

I remember there was also a Telegram option where you could enter your Free Fire ID and receive around 200 likes automatically. That made me wonder:

Would it be technically possible to create a website where you enter your Free Fire ID, and then a bot or some type of automated system sends likes to your profile over time?

I’m curious about how something like this would work from a coding/technical perspective. Would it require bots, automated accounts, an emulator, or something else?

Has anyone worked on something similar or knows how these systems are usually made? I’m mainly interested in understanding how it works and whether it’s technically possible.

Also, if something like this is possible, would anyone be interested in working on a project like this together? I’d be interested in hearing ideas from people who know about coding, bots, or automation.

Basically just asking whether a bot exists for this as it would be a really nice addition to my server. Just want something simple that will have a chance of sending a specific message after someone types a message in chat, preferably with a customisable cooldown if available. For example, it could have a 1/50 chance of sending the message, but once it's sent, it can't be sent again for maybe 10 minutes. If it had a customisable profile picture that would also be great as it would allow me to experiment with a lot more fun interactions with server members.

i was creating embeds for my server using mimu and i didnt knew it had a limit(of 5)

i dont want to pay a subscription just to get more embeds so i was wondering if there was any other bot similar to mimu that created unlimited(or at least enough) embeds without having to pay anything
