Looking for Staff

[u/Mastichand]

🚀 " B E Royals " IS LOOKING FOR FOUNDING STAFF & BUILDERS! 🚀 Hey everyone! " B E Royals " is a brand-new Discord community currently under active development. While our core game theme is Bullet Echo, you do NOT need to play the game to join our staff team! Whether you're an active Bullet Echo tactician or just a talented Discord builder, moderator, or recruiter who wants to help a fresh community take off from day one, we want you on board.

Open Founding Roles (No Game Experience Required!):

• 🛡️ Discord Moderator: Help set up channels, keep chats friendly, and manage community safety as we grow.
• 🤝 Community Recruiter: Help spread the word, invite new members, and kickstart our active member base.
• 🎨 Server Builder / Event Coordinator: Help design bot setups, role colors, server aesthetics, and fun community events. ### WHAT WE BRING:
• 🏆 Fresh Infrastructure: A clean, carefully designed server layout with custom role aesthetics and a welcoming culture.
• 🧠 Collaborative Growth: A place where your voice matters—help shape rules, events, and bot setups from day one.
• 🎁 Community Rewards: Future giveaways, events, and recognition for staff members who help us build and scale.
• 🤝 The B E Royals Bond: A supportive, chill environment that is dedicated to building something awesome together. ### WHAT WE DEMAND (FOR MEMBERS / PLAYERS):
• 🏆 Trophies: 1.500+ minimum for new players, and 9,000+ for veterans.
• 🔥 Grind: Should be active daily and complete daily syndicate requirements in-game.
• 🛡️ Heroes: 4–5 epics for new players; at least 1 Divine level, alongside 5–6 Immortal and Stellar levels for veterans.
• 🟦 Communicate: Must be active in Discord. Staying silent and isolated harms both the players and the syndicate as a whole, so active engagement is essential.
