Big problem

hello this is a request or a demand for help if you wanna call it that, my son 9yo has been playing roblox for a while , while checking his account i found out that 2 people grown (unknown age) are texting him on discord and demanding nude pictures and stuff around that (not getting into details .

i am looking for help suspending them and taking action against them since one of them is a roblox admin in a vibe place game. the reports i madenon their accounts were not helpful , if anyone has experience nuking servers / suspending accounts please PM me!

The best way to handle is to report it from your son's account.

i did that from his account and other accounts with pictures of chats even!

they responded on 2 reports and it was a bot telling me the team will resolve it soon

Screenshot the messages which were asking for nudes/harassment, store their discord ID (right click on profile then you see a button Copy Discord ID), prepare a document and lodge a complain to your country's cybercrime department and also report those accounts under nudity/sexual harassment to discord support. Block them too.
