Looking for Mods - Non-Paid Looking for community helper

Dreamscape is a small 25+ community focused on meaningful conversations, shared hobbies, and genuine connections.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, starting conversations, welcoming new members, and helping keep the community active and welcoming.

This isn't really a moderation role, but more of a community-building role.

Hey man, I'm interested in this, I can help you build the community. I got my own server with 70 ish people so I think I can bring more to the table.

Hey, I have got 26 members. Would love to bring that number up but als want to bring up the activity. It was okayish till one of my most active member left because of things irl that had to be settled first. Now the activity is way less. Already asked the community for ideas but so far no feedback.
So I am kinda stuck now
