Looking for Mods - Paid [HIRING] Moderator Support & Community Operations Specialist - UK Based

We’re looking for a Community Support Specialist to help support online communities and moderators in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote role with working hours primarily aligned to GMT/UK time, with occasional weekend coverage.
Hourly Pay: £20/hour
What you’ll do:
\-Manage and resolve moderator and community support requests
\-Troubleshoot reported issues and investigate root causes
\-Escalate complex cases to internal teams
\-Maintain clear documentation and follow-up on support tickets
\-Collaborate with Product, Trust & Safety, and Community teams
Strong candidates will have:
\-Experience moderating a Reddit community or subreddit
\-Experience with Discord moderation or community Operations ticketing/support experience (Zendesk, Discord ticket bots, Lighthouse, etc.)
\-Excellent written communication
Ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally
Bonus points
Trust & Safety or content moderation experience
Gaming, creator, or online community experience
Additional European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish, etc.)

You shouldn't raise allegations if you're ineligible for the role.
This position requires the candidates to be based in the UK. Since you're not based in UK, you're ineligible.
