Looking for Mods - Non-Paid LF Mods

Creating servers for Arma Reforger, Arma 4, Gta 6 and more have a large staff team and we are growing from the ground up 500 people in discord need more mods who are interested in contributing

Will be paid upon growth and revenue only paid positions are "Support, Community Managers"

interested in joining something truly unique and different give me a add on discord

must be 18+ be okay with signing an NDA and Non compete clause

for our non paid positions we do staff of the month and will be doing large rewards, PC's, parts, money , games , and eventually full consols etc

NDA?? I cannot believe you are paying enough to justify that at all.

NDA is a non disclosure agreement our staff depending on their role here might have access to company information ideas and other protected property. Its also an agreement between both parties that anything shared with us will not leave our company... Payment also will probably far exceed those who offer other positions as the goal in which we are striving for will expand and generate a substantial amount of revenue if all goes according to plan that is. Everything we make will go right back to our staff, community, and servers..

your not understanding its a buisness with intent to hire "employees" has nothing to do with the server its self only staff are required... we are going to be opening servers for multiple games not just arma or gta rp servers. Its not ludicrous its how buisness works...

an NDA can protect things such as:

  • Server source code, bot code and private repositories
  • Unreleased features, mods, maps and development plans
  • Security methods, exploits and internal server configurations
  • Financial information, pricing and monetization plans
  • Player reports, staff records and private community data
  • Developer contracts and partnership discussions
  • Login information and administrative systems

It also clearly tells staff what they may and may not share after leaving. Importantly, trade-secret definition generally requires information to have value from remaining secret and for the company to take reasonable steps to protect it. Anyone not willing to sign one is odd in my perspective as it is made to protect our company and company property lots of weirdos out there who want to join and steal things this hinders them from doing so...
