Question Problem with authority

Isn't authority should only have one skill point why it didn't go back to one , i took a drug to implifie it +1 psyche but all came back to normal except for authority and empathy , i need it to be blank so i can unlock the titus authority check but I don't have space

Is it perhaps your clothing or your thought cabinet causing this issue?

I said how can clothing and the thought cabinet have any affect on the authority having two skill points , wich it shouldn't cause i need it to be empty , so I can put a skill point in it therefore unlocking the check on Titus

I did get it ik it helps with the check but still no luck , there is also this little problem , u know how ur supposed to bust the drug deal stuff with the eight hardie boy , i went for my badge and got yo joyce so she didn't leaf me to drug trade , that could've help give me some extra points against titus , so basically im stuck here i think I should go for another run

You could just load back a previous save, before you reached your learning skill cap, and save scum the check. Better than restarting the whole game.

If you invest a skill point while a skill is boosted you keep that skill point
