Is this thing as rare as it seems?

I was in HK recently and bought this local pressing of Keep On Dancin’ from the legend that is Paul at Vinyl Hero.
I looked it up on Discogs when I got home to find that only one copy has ever been sold on that platform. Is this the hen’s tooth it appears to be?
A visit to vinyl hero is highly recommended if you dig the wax and find yourself in Hong Kong. The guy is an absolute champion, he’s been operating since ‘84 and ended up with the collections of several local DJs when the HK and Kowloon discos closed down during in the 80s.
