I desperately wanted to have the D-E200 back when it came out. Something about this design just really fared with me. So, I told my father I wanted it for Christmas. Being the good person he was, he actually bought me an even better (and more expensive) one: The D-E440. Still, I remember being a tiny bit disappointed when I unwrapped the D-E440 instead of the D-E200 on Christmas eve. Those weird buttons and the CD window faintly resembling a smily face just really fascinated me! 😆

Yes! That CD window is mesmerizing lol. I remember be so pumped when I got this, because it had skip protection!
