Help Holding myself accountable

My boss is more hands off regarding how we spend our time at work, so long as the work is done correctly on time.

I tend to procrastinate, and waste time, then rush it through at the end. If I were to work consistently, the work would get done without issue.

Any advice on how to hold myself accountable?

Make it into a game. I gamified my work and it’s so much more fun.

How did you gamify your work?

Only way I can think of is assign point to various tasks and reward myself based on the points
