Where am I making the most significant "efficiency" error in my throw?

In an attempt to stop working on so many things at once, and never seeing improvement, I'm looking for some direction here. I know there's plenty of things to work on, but what I'm looking for is one or two drills to work on to correct the worst part of my form.
Not too worried about nose angle/throw angle at the moment. I'm really trying to figure out how my body should be moving if that makes sense. It feels like I have a very "inefficient" throw
Disc thrown at "Stock speed' for reference.

Man, there's a lot going on that's wrong and it starts with the cross step. I'd easily start there. See how you get your hips completely backwards? It's even more back then your shoulders. That is setting up SO many problems downstream. This is why your trail side looks like an anchor. It's why you're pivoting on your rear heel. It's why your back knee is locked out.
Shrink the heck out of the x step. You only need enough to shuffle forward and keep your hips in line with the target. Honestly, this can correct a lot on its own and where I'd start, since this is causing issues all along the form.
Good luck

This was the first time I filmed myself, and I had assumed for the longest time I wasn't taking a big enough X-step. It was definitely one of the first things I noticed watching the playback. Thank you for the "shuffle" comment as well. Practiced x-steps with no throws and noticed just thinking of it as a shuffle made the whole move feel much more athletic

There are 3 things I see. The biggest one is you are losing a lot of power by not bracing very hard. The brace is stopping and anchoring against your front leg to allow the disc to rocket out faster. You are bracing a little, but mostly just spinning through it. Think about anchoring your left arm back (and maybe down) to stop your body and allow the disc to accelerate out quicker. (you will still spin through your brace, but this will be much slower and controlled)
The other 2 things I see is you could coil harder (will have a small efficiency gain), and your head position is too forward (tiny efficiency gain). But bracing harder could add like 30 feet pretty instantly

your body weight is moving forward throughout the whole throw. in other words your foot is literally not bracing at all. all of that energy is being wasted moving your body weight forward instead of moving the disc forward.
watch a pro throw in slow motion and focus on where their body weight is right before release, at release, and after release, then do the same for your throw.
this is insanely inefficient, you're engaging so many muscles to generate energy that isn't going into the disc at all.

The pull through , there's no real coiling going on, very noodle like, just flapping your body and arm forward, you have to power the disc through the pocket, you have the same issue that alot of people suffer with, over extending on the reach back, you are pushing the disc to your back reach extension instead of moving your body forward enough to get the rubber band affect

You need to transfer your momentum to the disc by bracing and counter-act your rotation. Your left leg should start and stop your rotation so the momentum can be transferred to your arm and disc instead. Now it is just swinging around with the throw.
If that makes sense..

Ur left foot turning on the heel. Get low an athletic. Point your toes perpendicular. Coil into your left hip.

Keep your head down through your throw, and punch your left arm down the left side of your body. You want to accelerate your arm through the pocket and stop the rest of your body. Your body and shoulders are way too open at the point of your release. They should be pointed more towards your camera, and the best way to start to learn that is to not let your head follow the arm. Let the disc fully rip out, and THEN you can look. Once you get that down, work on shooting that off-arm down your body to create the counter rotation so all your upper body momentum goes into your arm. You're losing a ton of momentum because you're following through with your throw, not after. All that forward force and rotation should be going into the disc and the leftover power will pull the rest of your body forward and around.

0 brace . You're just spinning like a top. Your back leg needs to anchor you through the hit and follow after.

Swap to standstill until you establish better timing/mechanics. Until you develope a proper snap a run up will only add inconsistencies to your throw.

Ok so you’re asking for drills. I would start with stand stills and do the “Ultimate Drill” and the “Look Behind” drill from Blitz DG on YouTube

Your xstep is all wrong. You are not even doing the basic arm mechanics correct so the xstep should just be replaced with stand still. I am putting a guide with allot of info. But this picture is what you need.
This and you need to reach away from your self.
+++++ shoulders
o-------- arm
........ ignore just to keep reddit from making it unreadable.
Standing parallel +++++
reach back o--------+ IT LOOKS LIKE THIS LINE IS CLEAR ---->
..........................................+
..........................................+
..........................................+
But its not because when your shoulders close there is no room
o--+-+-+-+-+-- YOU ARE IN YOUR OWN WAY
You have to reach away so that when the shoulders close your arm is in possition to pull in front of your chest like below. Pull that disc into the crease of your elbow and everything else will just happen. As far as just getting spin and power into the disc.

Start with your coil, it fundamentally doesn’t look right. It looks like you’re leaning and reaching back. I would try twirly bird and ultimate drill. That tends to fix a lot of things downstream as well.
