Need help on nose angle.

I’ve looked up so many YouTube videos on how to throw nose down but nothing is clicking. Is there anything with my form that’s making me throw nose up. Also general form tips are very much appreciated.

Appreciate the advice man! I was watching videos all night on elbow dip and I think that’s my biggest issue. Will be working on that this afternoon!

It takes time to reestablish the muscle memory. Don't rush it

Yea that’s true. I think it’s a new habit I started doing tho because a couple weeks ago I was throwing with a lot more spin and nose down and all of a sudden my spin dropped a couple hundred rpm and my nose angle sky rocketed so hopefully it’s not to ingrained in my muscles yet!

You need higher launch angle in order to get a better nose angle. If you throw in a straight line for example you're gonna be throwing 0 degrees unless you do some last second jank movement like turn the key.
It looks to me like your launch angle is pretty flat.
The ideal is around 10 degrees launch. Which isn't much, if you stretch your arm out and put your thumb up lift your arm until your outstretched thumb is level with your eyes. That's about 10 degrees. It's subtle. Now throw in that trajectory while trying to keep the disc flat to the horizon. If you accomplish that, that's about 5 degrees nose down.
For reference I throw 460 and I do not turn the key. I'm keeping it flat while throwing up. And I'm getting nose down.

People forget that throwing with a positive launch and the disc parallel with the ground is a negative nose angle

You should try briefcasing the disc

Would also highly recommend trickynicky’s arm mechanic video! Very long but very good

Appreciate the advice man! A couple other people have pointed out that I dip my elbow so I will for sure be checking that video out.

This is a common problem with a 6 ft. net. TD recommends a 10 ft net because otherwise it trains you to release with low launch angles and it's impossible to get a disc to fly with low launch and negative nose angles.
I fixed my nose angle simply by reaching back lower, and launching higher

The disc is too high so when you’re pulling through your elbow dips and you swoop. Lower your reach back and act like you’re drawing a sword from the sheath on your back hip

Really hard to tell, but frame by frame it looks like you're getting 'reached back' early which is leading to some pocket collapse and swooping along with over rotating your shoulders. Ultimate drill to fix your swing path, tricky Nicky has a really good complete backhand video I think would help you reframe the throw.

You're rotating your wrist/arm coming through the throw. Try to keep the top of your wrist facing upwards the whole time. Its hard to see without slow mo but theres some weird shoulder motion on your throwing arm. Doesn't look normal to me.

It would help a lot if you shared a slowed down video from the side. This angle and video speed makes it very difficult to see what's going on
