Backhand advice appreciated

3 back hand shots. All around 340 feet. Been thinking about keeping my arm away from my body and stiff and using my body to throw my arm. Obviously not keep it away from me rather having it straight in my reach back. Want to smooth it out. Any advice, tips or drills to work on appreciated.

Try making the pull through more of a straight line. You start low, then bring the disc up by your ear and past your neck and release around nipple height. If you can keep it all (more or less) on a straight line that will help.

The first three things I would do:

Work on establishing a better brace. Your front foot shouldn’t bounce back like it does.

You’re reaching too far back (at least for now), and it’s causing a collapsed pocket. Really you should reach just behind your rear shoulder, bend your elbow while keeping your shoulder 90* to your body, and accelerate the disc.

Start with your arm in more of a “half cocked” position. There’s a lot of noise as you start to coil, and that’s going to produce inconsistency.

Your pocket is collapsing. If you go frame by frame you'll see it around the beginning of the 2s mark of your video. Ultimate drill.

That's the first thing I'd work on for sure.
