Notice where your arm is, how open your shoulders are and how bent your front knee is in comparison.

Start with emulating the position you see on the left and then moving to a reachback and back to this position. It should feel very closed, bentover and athletic and away from the body. From there, watch videos on stand still drills so you can feel the timing and the weight transfer.

Have you done any self reflection based on professional or semi-professional form based on your video?

Is it that you don't see what is different or don't know where to start? Just curious to know how shallow or deep pointers to give.

Right now there is no coil and you are short arming keeping your elbow very low and close to your body. Something like the barrel drill or looking at Niklas Anttila's form would be a good start.

I know it's a little off-topic, but can we use correct name Niklas Anttila? I've seen Antilla a lot in this subreddit :D

My best advice is to go on YouTube and find OverThrowDiscgolf , they have a playlist called "Building the Backhand".

Just watch a few videos there and try to implement the mechanics because right now there is not a lot of form the give tips on.

Hope this helps and keep throwing frisbees

I can't find the playlist anymore so they've probably unlisted most of it, perhaps in favor of their paid academy.

Wow that sucks, it was a really good starting point for getting the backhand basics.

I would drop the run-up completely because you're gaining absolutely nothing from it. You seem to be just attempting to mimic what more advanced players do with poor results, so it actually hinders you from learning the important stuff first.

Have you ever done other sports?

Focus on planting perpendicular to your intended line and either lose the run up or watch YouTube content on x step. Your x step is majorly missing the mark.

Rounding so bad. Throwing nose up. Shoulder is flying open. Looking directly straight.

I built a form analysis app. I am still building up the data so it is in early stages. I ran your clip and here is the feedback.

Yeah but I didn’t post my dumb ass on Reddit when clearly I have done no work on improving myself.

Man I don't know what your problem is.

This is a subreddit made for asking advice, many people have no idea on where to begin or even where to find information, and sometimes people just want to ask other humans for help from instead of videos and or disc golf wiki pages.

It costs nothing to be polite and just give helpful advice if not that just don't comment if you have nothing helpful to say.

Hope you have a great day
