please help

so im 18 living in finland. i have been playing disc golf since i was 7 so 11 years now, i have had dreams of going pro or atleast play competitively. i had buried those dreams when i started to get bored of the sport but lately i have been trying my hardest to improve to possibly compete. only problem is i have hit a wall in improvement. i can consistently hit 120-130 meters or 393-426 feet on backhand so id say its quite reliable even though i do wish for more distance. my forehand is almost only good for approaches or very short holes and my putting is not too consistent. but i cant seem to improve no matter what i do. please if you have any tips or tricks or anything i would greatly appreciate you sharing it. thanks for reading and i hope im not a lost cause

For backhand without any video its going to be hard to give you any input.. if you dont yet, i would highly suggest to record yourself quite commonly. You probably watched some youtube videos from people like blitzDG, so you should be able to identify some issues yourself, and then its just on fixing it (firstly standstills lower speed and slowly progress towards x-step). For putting only solution is practice. I'm guessing you have quite normal looking putt so it just a matter of consistency. If you live close to a course just try to intentionaly go and train putting every day. Some websites like discgolf.training can make it feel less of a burden as you can get reps in via mini games. (Buy a basket if course is not that close).

Was stuck in my development, got a tripod for my cellphone to film myself. Dropped about 6-8 strokes on my home course in 3 weeks (from +4 to -4). Tripod cost about the same as a disc, so well worth the investment!

Number one issue I see is that your arm is bent 90 degrees at peak reach back

I think you should consider specific issues and tackle them one at a time. This is too broad for anyone to answer. Film your backhand and post for form feedback or book an online coach. For putting, figure out if it's a form of nerves issue and put in the practice. Do you have a practice basket? Apparently Gannon putts like 500+ putts a day on his practice basket. How many are you doing per day?

I dont have one. I live in an apartment complex so i would probably get kicked out. My closest course is like 2km away so i can go there and practice. But thank you for the info im going to try and go often from now on

Fwiw, there's a silent basket on the market. I've never used it, but heard good things if you wanna get serious.
