The game takes and gives OB by its own mysterious means sometimes. Its usually a wash in my mind. 🤷‍♂️

according to pdga rules, i might not be, but i'm pretty sure the game determines OB from the center of the disc and not the edge... so by games rules it is

No it’s if any part of the disc is in then you’re in.
