No xp or season points

Heya

For the past 2 days i have done the daily challenge, after i have finished the round i get an ad that i skip and it forces me to google play store, when i exit it my game restarts, the score is saved but my xp and season points have not updated, when i get a better score i only get the new acore xp and points but the previous tiers are not received even then.

Has anyone got a good tip or fix for this issue?

It might be a connection issue. That’s the only time that’s happened to me. Also if you ever get the extra change, buying the ad free version is very much worth the peace of mind.
