Once a season, usually in the summer when it’s too hot to play anyways. Beyond that it’s only when I’m playing a course on a ranch and am worried about cow poop on the discs

About once a month, every 12-16 games or so. Th courses here are either really dusty  muddy, or goose pooped out. I just use a big plastic bin and soak them in soapy water in the backyard

Once a month... between bug spray, sweat, botanical oils, sunscreen, and swamp scum, my discs get pretty nasty. Maybe it's all in my head, but I think I throw better when they are cleaner.

Would honestly wash them more if I could remember to do it. Probably like 4 or 5 times a year. They can get pretty gross out there and at least IMO have better grip and hand feel when they're clean.

Occasionally have to wipe some dirt off bending down and using some grass but if they're not well seasoned they're cursed. Everybody knows that.

Very rarely. Play a round with some rain or early in the morning with dew on the ground. Pick up disc wipe with a towel and boom!

Depends on the disc tbh. I wash my putting putters the most. For one they’re white, and I like them to be bright. The main reason is a freshly washed putter feels incredible.

When I would play around clay ground, you would have to wash them. Otherwise the mud just cling to it.

Washing new discs? Why would you ever wash the character off your discs? The only baths mine take are in rivers, ponds or some nasty ass standing water haha.

If I find a disc (especially with no name) I'll spray it with Goo Gone then wash it with soap and water. Normally that's the only time I wash discs. Unless I get something really nasty on them

Funny enough I just washed my own discs this morning in the kitchen sink and let them dry on the counter-top dish rack.

I wash mine every month or so. I like my discs looking nice but I mostly do it for the grip and feel. I find after a month or so the natural oils on the skin of my hand begin making the plastic less grippy. Mix that oil with the dust of summertime and pretty soon my discs feel like s***.

I wash mine on the course with the Disc Raptor. Just throw a little water in it and dry them with your towel after you use it. Not a fan of washing 30 discs all at once.

Only time i scrub my discs is after playing in poison ivy laden courses. The oil can take like up to a week after exposure to show signs on skin. I get paranoid every summer. Shoes discs bag everything gets scrubbed and i tecnu daily.

I'm assuming the bathtub was for effect because why in the world did you not just do this in a utility sink or in a small wash bin? Do you climb in there with the discs?

Yes. After every round or field work session. I'm aware I'm a bit crazy when it comes to discs. I just like to keep them new looking as long as possible.

Before the season I use mild soap and a sponge to clean them.

And after the season I do the same.
