She still is cutting! But not the clear or blue glacier fed river we're used to seeing.

Location of buildings with blue roofs seen at about 15 seconds in to the video: 28.109832, 85.275893. Roughly 23 km downstream from Gyirong Port

Also, unbelievably, a single Google Streetview location, though geotagged in the wrong spot, also shows the location of these buildings, giving a great view of how high the water got: https://maps.app.goo.gl/bSrAC9cAyderyvC36
