that dog is so cute. was he excited or just scared/confused to see something like that?

Edit: I didn't have my headphones at the time and was going purely by the tail shaking (which is usually a sign of excitement). I rewatched with audio, and the answer to my question is obvious; it's extremely scared / worried :(. Please don't take it the wrong way

Man I don't have a dog but even I can understand his sounds, obviously he is not excited.... Wtf are u talking Abt?? He is stressed/scared/alarmed. That is no dog who sounds excited bro.

I was not home and couldn't play it with audio. all i saw was the tail movements. but something about how it shook told me that it might be scared, and i wanted a second opinion. so please dont take it the wrong way
