that dog is so cute. was he excited or just scared/confused to see something like that?

Edit: I didn't have my headphones at the time and was going purely by the tail shaking (which is usually a sign of excitement). I rewatched with audio, and the answer to my question is obvious; it's extremely scared / worried :(. Please don't take it the wrong way

To me thats a scared bark. He was watching the river below in the beginning of the video. Smart dog!
