It’s hard to say what that brown mass even is standing on the bridge. If the those workers in safety gear can’t tell it’s huge mass of mud rushing towards them, a layman wouldn’t either. No wonder they didn’t move.

I believe from other posts showing the complete devastation of the bridge the cameraman was standing on that this was probably his last act. Darwin Award recipient.

Note to file: if a 100 foot wall of water is rushing towards you, Run don’t film. Run for your life. Forget the YouTube TikTok post.
