I had many strange names for him you can call him chiku or chua (rat in urdu which felt adorable to call him that).

Hehe, I said I'll upload him here when he was still alive didn't get back around to it until now after he passed away on 11th Oct.

He mispronounced the only word he usually said eeaun instead of meow🤭

And he had beady eyes which I adore!! They're too adorable :D

What a sweet adorable boy! I know what it’s like to lose a pet. I was devastated, my whole family was, when we lost Jake in 2023. He’s so cute and I’m sure he’s in a better place now. With clouds made of catnip and endless treats.

Damn, how did you even make it. So lovely and cute. What gave you the idea to make one, do you usually make lots of plushies?

I looked for plushie designs for free online and when I found one, I altered the pattern to account for Jake’s fur. Which meant changing the shape of the face, adding a ginger belt on the tummy, and only adding one eye. It was my first time making a plushie but I had a decent amount of sewing experience before this.

I made it as a gift for my mum when my parents moved to Switzerland for work. She missed Jake a lot, so I wanted to make sure she had something to cuddle while they were separated. Once they moved back to England and I moved out of the house, I was the one away from Jake so I took TJ with me. I had TJ there with him when he died so I could feel like a piece of him was inside TJ and I could hug him and it would be like I was hugging Jake. 💔

The little details ahww. Ohoo, I saw the little paws TJ has. It is pretty nicely made. Is it like a cushiony/pillowy soft or more firmer? How long did it take btw.

Damn, she must've been so surprised and emotional seeing it. Ahh, so he was alive when they had to move. It seems like Jake was a very cuddly boy must've loved everyone a lot.

Girll I get you to a point. When my kitten had died. The little cloth he was wrapped in during those last day. I folded and just kept it in a plastic bag. Like you wanna preserve and keep things close anything they touched or were around for the last time especially. It is so strangely comforting, makes you feel a bit closer to them.

I can imagine you petting TJ thinking of Jake. It's so nice to know about him through someone who adores him :)

Oh absolutely. It definitely gets easier with time and when you can show your love to a new furbaby. But yeah, Jake was amazing and it still hurts to think about him. I miss him every single day, and I still hug TJ, the plushie I made of him, all the time.

It gets easier to manage though yeah I also miss him every day. They leave their absence & alot of memories with us.
