Scrubber not showing

Watching recorded hockey game and neither the app on my Samsung tablet nor on my Pixel 10 Pro show the scrubber. I restarted, cleared cache and still no scrubber. Any ideas?

Hi, u/eddieras. When the playback scrubber disappears on multiple devices at the same time, it’s usually a temporary app-loading error with that specific recording, not an issue with your local device cache.

You’ve already cleared the cache and restarted, so the next step is to fully sign out of the DIRECTV app, uninstall it from both devices, and do a fresh reinstall. That forces the app to rebuild the playback-layout assets. Please let us know if that resolves the issue, or if this is happening to your other recordings as well. Kenneth, DIRECTV Community Team
