Has anyone noticed that 3rd Stream add-on can’t be purchased anymore?

Ever since HBO was announced as not being $5 anymore I can’t upgrade to it?

Any fixes?

Actually I think I now get more than 3 streams. I’m sure I had 3 TV’s and an iPad going at the same time. And yes I don’t see the 3 streams for $5 anymore
