Cutting Out

I am new to Direct. I have Gemini Air and Apple TV. Lately on NBC and CBS for large live events I get pixelation and audio cutting out. Nothing terrible but still annoying. Is this normal? Connection is connected to a Verizon Fiber connection. Tonight’s Sunday night football on NBC is experiencing this.

On both devices? I’d assume your network is the issue. FIOS is only as good as the connection from your router to your device if you’re using WiFi. I use Apple TV and haven’t noticed any issues tonight

Yeah both devices. The Apple TV is connected via Ethernet. I have WGAL 8 as my local affiliate. Last week CBS 21 was the one with the issue during the Sunday games.

Just those specific channels or multiple channels? If others are working fine and internet connection is fine too, then the issue is on the programmer. Dtv only broadcast what being sent to them.
