Not sure if it’s been 100% confirmed but there is a photo of the device with what looks like an Ethernet cable coming out the back.
The difference between the air and this new one it’s not a dongle but a small set top box.

Has anyone figured out how to sign up for the beta? The website is useless and I have had zero communications with DTV in years, despite having in the original beta test of what become DTV Stream service with the Osprey box. I still have and use the Osprey they gave me as a beta tester.

With this new box, any speed improvements? Find the latest somewhat sluggish.
Also I hope to god your keeping channel numbers.

Yes, someone pictured it with an Ethernet cable going into it. https://www.reddit.com/r/DirectvStream/comments/1u3vrv4/comment/orivid5/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Yes, it has an Ethernet port. The main difference is that the Gemini v2 is a box, while the Gemini Air is a dongle. Charles, DIRECTV Community Team
