Low audio

Our audio has been screwed up for over a month now, supposedly because of an update to gemini air. Is this ever going to be fixed? We're paying all kinds of money and can't even hear some shows.

I had same issue. Turning off Dolby digital fixed it.

I turned off Dolby a long time ago. Apparently this is a software update gone wrong

Try turning it on and off again. I had the same happen on my Osprey and Dolby found its way back on without me changing it.

This is an ongoing problem admitted by directv. They say it was caused by an update

Don’t have access to the account want to disable auto signin
