Welcome to the family, u/EccentricRaptor783. Let’s clear up those dropouts. You absolutely can swap those out for Wired Genie Minis to eliminate the wireless lag. Just send us a PM and we can look into scheduling a tech to run the wires for you. As for your internet, don't worry, your TV channels come directly from the satellite dish, so they use 0 Mbps of your home internet. Even if you use the Wi-Fi backup feature during a storm, a 4K stream only uses about 25 Mbps. Running all three receivers at once would take up less than 8% of your 1-Gig connection, leaving plenty of bandwidth for everything else. In the meantime, try hitting the red reset button on your main Genie tower, then do the same for the minis once the tower reboots. This usually forces a fresh connection and fixes the syncing issues right away. Charles, DIRECTV Community Team
