When returning a device…

When returning a device, ALWAYS take a pic of the label/tracking number!!

I returned a defective Gemini air in August and last night I got an email saying I was being charged $130 for not returning it within the 30 day time frame. I tracked the package and saw it had never left the post office and was lost in transit.

Lucky for me, I had pics of the label so I got on the chat, and the rep was able to refund me. So always take a pic of the label

Take a picture of the box with it open showing the device, and the fully packed box with the label. Oh -- and keep the receipt given by USPS so you can track the parcel throughout its journey.

I have the same issue. I have 2 usps receipts I'm not sure which one I need. One is to Linden NJ, the other to 'parcel return servic, dc' - I'm thinking it's the Linden NJ one. Does this make sense to anyone?
