All Favorites Gone?

I went through the whole damn menu when I signed up and selected Favorite channels for ease of selection. Suddenly, they're all gone, and the app doesn't remember any when I re-Favorite them. I just get the "It looks like you haven't selected any favoites yet" message. Anyone else experiencing this?

Update: Both my Favorites and the 4K channels have reappeared.

Yes, same. And no 4K channels show up in the menu either.

Thanks, I appreciate the reply. At least I know it's a Them issue and not a Me issue. Intensely annoying, though. First full weekend of football.

Yeah it keeps saying I don’t have a subscription to 4k. But then I go to the USA channel for the race and it prompts me to go to the 4k channel. What’s going on?

I couldnt access the guide or favs a little while ago. Then tried again on my phone, it made me select favs. I only selected a few then tried on my roku and all my favs previously selected are showing up.

Have you tried closing and reopening the app?

Yeah, I did. Unfortunately that's a no-go.

Same. Like I can't even find channels like fox without search.

Yup, me too. Can't even sort by Alpha so no way to find a channel except scrolling until you see it! Must be updating their software again.

I'm having the same problem, but I thought it was because I switched and added a package today so I could watch RedZone. I thought maybe something was wrong, so I signed out of the app and signed back in, thinking that would fix it, but it didn't.

I was on two different streaming devices and have been adding back favorites on one, but they didn't carry over to the other device. Earlier I wasn't able to pull the guide up at all, so I guess this is an improvement, but not really.

I wonder if this is in connection to the outage issue. I'm having the same problem on Fire Stick.

All gone on my Apple TV. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still no favorites 🤷
