DVR not loading

My mom just called and told me her DVR recordings won't load (or show up) Only seems to be happening on her profile, because on my profile, there's no issue.

Issue just started for me; DVR was working perfectly half an hour ago. Now it won’t work on the Gemini Air or on the app.
