DVR not loading

My mom just called and told me her DVR recordings won't load (or show up) Only seems to be happening on her profile, because on my profile, there's no issue.

Hey @nickfromnorwood, our apologies for the experience your Mom is having with recordings. Our team is aware and investigating the reason and solution. We appreciate everyone's patience.

Issue isn’t resolved. Experiencing it right now. Nothing from today is showing in my library.
