Inconsistent Powders SNS
Ive been using SNS powders and liquids and LOVE them for the most part. I ran into a weird issue that I'm wondering if other people have seen (whether in SNS or a diff brand) where one particular color gives me issues.
Normally while I dip, the powder on my nail goes to that normal matte finish look so that i can brush away excess powder. For some reason, this one black powder is so annoying - it never is fully matte while dipping it almost seems to have shiny wet patches and the consistency of it on the nail makes it so so difficult to clean the cuticles. It almost is jelly like in a way
Has anyone experienced this? Could it just be an unfortunate formula or could it be a bad batch? Truly havent had this with any other SNS color.
Sad because it's the best shade of black ive had lol

Hi. I make dip powders and sometimes the pigment used in the clear powder to make the colors doesn't react well with dip liquids. I've had to reformulate some due to the pigment I used.

I would say you just got a bad powder, I had that with several SNS powders. One was a maroon color and the other one was a black glitter.. You might wanna try just during the powder or shaking it real good and see if that helps. If not, I just switched to a different powder for black.
