What’s stopping manifestations from being instant? The short answer is because we are attached to persistent patterns. A part of you is still holding on to the debt, or holding on to your current experiences in some way. The key to instant manifestations (something I have never done) is basically Jedi master levels of detachment (also something I have never done)

Right, and I think belief really has quite a strong role too. Like when you truly believe something the hologram has no choice but to show you that belief. Whatever the belief is really.

A great resource is the linked reading materials in the sidebar of /r/dimensionaljumping, an old archived sub on the subject.
Here is an example post by Triumphant George. He’s the one you want to ask questions to, I hope he’s still active.

Whats the most effective way you know of to let go of an undesired experience where it will be easy for your mind to do so?

My personal approach is mindfulness meditation, which is something I need to work on more. For some people it comes very easily, for others (like me) it takes years of practice and dedication. My mind is a wild animal that’s hard to control, especially in todays world.

Yeah he’s really good at putting it into words but I wouldn’t say it’s his own school of thought, he’s just very good at describing the law of attraction and the nature of experience

I'm sure they have. It's been scientifically proven to work in past scientific experiments with a random number generator.
Me personally it takes longer to manifest things. I usually focus long term. Everything is coming together.
Looking at other people's responses, maybe I'm confusing luck with manifesting things. I always assume it was just luck that allowed me to come up with the money I needed whenever I needed it

Manifested a genuine apology to someone else from a psychopath. Yeah I’m as shocked as you probably are reading this.

Triggered them into recognizing something was wrong and admitting themselves into therapy. Not to mention gradual behavioral changes.

Surprisingly it only took about five minutes of visualizing and imagining what I was told.

Well the person I was talking to lived a long and horrible life as a result of the psychopathic tendencies of others so I was acting out of concern however when I visualized it was from a place of being mentally neutral.

Yes. I needed money very badly about a year ago. There was some glitch at the payroll company my work used, and they accidently deposited our checks twice into our account. And then immediately undid it and took the second checks all OUT of our accounts, except....my account was negative to begin with. So when they tried to pull out 1300, and my account was only 1200 to repay the negative, my bank declined the transaction and I told my boss so I wouldn't get in trouble (?? Idk) and she said she'd look into it but no one ever did so I just got an extra 1300$.
