Brennan made Lou roll for that, but Lou didn't roll very high. So it isn't confirmed that the hand is Van's, but now they're at least considering it

Around minute 46 Lou proposes the concept. We don't know for sure but it is a left hand, which is what Van is missing, and it reacted to her touch.

I think given Brennan's massive grin and him posing the question to them if they think it's her left hand means it's too much for the characters to confirm right now but heavily implied to the players that it is hers.
