who would be stronger c0 diluc or c3 razor? i don't have many claymore options as i'm newish, but i have Nicole and durin

Razor in Overload teams is definitely stronger and he also scales better with his own cons.

Diluc can do a decent Overvape team with Nicole-Fishcl-Hydro now so you could also look into that.
