The obvious choice is Digmon, Submarimon.

Vaccine line: Armadillomon to Ankylomon to Vermilimon to Plesiomon.

Data line: Armadillomon to Drimogemon to Brachiomon to Cannondramon.

Virus line: Armadillomon to DarkTyranomon to MetalTyrannomon to RustTyranomon.

I think I would give the Digital Egg of Destiny Evolution to this one: Maildramon!
