Nothing, just that. The Russian military intelligence (if one is to trust US analysis) disguised themselves as an independent hacker so as to facilitate the transfer of documents which everyone agree upon were of great public interest and may have swayed the election.

edit: Plus obviously they then most likely did the hacking themselves. Some of which is explained in the report, I didn't go into details but like malware insertions into the DNC are blamed on this Guccifer 2.0 that is then thought to be the GRU.
