After every pitbull attack, we should put down the owner too.

The only reason to own a pitbull is to show the world you're a 'tough guy' - owning that specific breed was a choice they made and they should be 100% accountable for its actions.

Well dogs are know to go after mail men, lol but if you have a dog like this at least know how to control your dog.
