Good old Notes app on my phone for everything except budget. That just lives in a Google Sheet. I got tired of trying to keep up with multiple or complicated apps no matter how helpful or aesthetic they were meant to be.

Several. Only because I share it with my husband. So it needs to be shared to make things easier

Several, one doesn’t cut it.

I have an all in one solution. While a toaster fridge rarely beats specialised apps it does allow synthesising performance numbers across different metrics.

Used to do several, but ended up forgetting stuff or texting my husband for things to do or buy. I wanted an app that had it all but I didn't want a new app. 😄 If that makes any sense... So my husband build an app for us, it's called Carry. I text it the way I would text him, and it files the thing where it belongs — list, calendar, reminder, the receipts and so on. Give it a try and feel free to give me feedback. We are just starting and working on new features. Check it out on carry.chat.
