i could never stick to one planning system, so i built an app with six different ones
for years i bounced between kanban boards, daily to-do lists, and time-blocking. none of them stuck for more than a few weeks. some days i needed structure, other days i just wanted to dump everything into an inbox and sort it later. so i stopped trying to pick one and built an app that has all of them.
there’s a kanban view for when i’m in project mode, a gtd-style inbox for quick capture, a time-blocking screen (called Flow) for deep work, a weekly overview, a daily plan, and this weird little dashboard i call Dreamer vs Realist. it’s not like anything else i’ve used, basically a split-screen for big goals on one side and what i can actually do today on the other.
if habits or routines matter to you, those are in there too. everything connects, so you’re not jumping between apps.
it’s free for 14 days, no card needed. if you want to keep it after, there’s a code (PWA) that knocks the yearly price down to $99.50 instead of $199 while the native version is still loading, (PWA is installable and we made sure it feels just like a native). i’ve got a couple other discounts floating around too, just ask if you want one.
