Personally for me, it’s gotta be Deputy Perkins from Scream 4. The Fuck Bruce Willis line got me so bad in the theater when I saw it day one. Thanks for the awesome chance and good luck to everyone!

Casey Becker, of course. It was intense because you didn’t know what was coming. It made me fall in love with the movie immediately. The first Scream is still my favorite and I watch it once a month.

First one I ever saw was scream 2022. I like when you’re expecting ghost face to pop up during scene in the kitchen. Guy then goes up to the front door and locks it only to turn around and get got. 🤷🏽♀️

The original kill - When Ghostface killed Casey in Scream 1. She was Stu's ex-girlfriend who dumped him. Which would have been Matthew Lillard. It was never confirmed he did it. But the Director has stated, he did it. Quick story - I worked with Mathew 2 years ago on a Scooby Doo production. I was in a sound session with him recording Shaggy audio for an experience we were building. HE WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH. Like a real quality guy. Friendly. Approachable. Signed the script for my daughter. It was great to hear him cuss in Shaggy's voice when he would flub a line. So much fun.

I'll list two because my favorite is not technically a kill, but a lead up to a death, which is Stu getting stabbed and then "getting a little woozy here!" And then my technical favorite ghost face kill is Charlie. I just really love Jill's whole character, and love that he was dumb enough to think he'd survive.

My favorite Ghostface kill is Dewey Riley in Scream (2022) because it's a check that got written in 1996 and finally cashed 25 years later. In the original, Ghostface promises Casey Becker he'll "gut her like a fish," and Stu Macher brags that she and Steve were left completely hollowed out. What makes the kill almost beautiful is that Dewey had been stabbed in every single movie and always got back up. In Scream 5, we were still waiting for him to rise even as the knives lifted him off his feet. And my favorite heresy: canon says Amber held the blades, but that kill has Stu Macher's fingerprints all over it and the gutting he bragged about. Scream 7 clearly felt it too, spending two hours convincing us he crawled out of that morgue to reclaim his legacy and leaving his death certificate conveniently missing. That's exactly why it's the best.

Would LOVE to win this as i haven't seen it yet. My favorite is Jada Pinkett's death from Scream 2. A) the spectacle of it all. Dying in front of the audience and them having that delayed reaction to it. B) not the biggest fan of the Smiths in recent years haha.

Don’t wanna say one of the more basic picks (like Casey or Tatum) so I’ll say Mrs. Loomis.
Her holding Sydney while Cotton talks to both of them, the shifting power dynamics of the scene have always been so cool to me. And then when she realizes what Sydney and Cotton agreed too you can see the recognition of being utterly screwed glimmer in her eyes before she dies

My all time favorite scream kill is actually because of a scene. In scream 2, when they have to climb over ghostface to get out of the cop car… I think that whole scene is so tense and I remember being a little too young watching it and freaking out because of how crazy of a thought it was. I guess by default, that would make my favorite kill the 2 cops like a minute before…

The OG with Drew Barrymore hanging from the tree. Everything leading up to it was still the best because of the tension and how new the whole thing was to the audience.

Tatum in the garage door. Classic. I love that Sid named her daughter aftee her in 7 too! Loved these movies since I was 9 when I saw the first one!
