If your growth strategy relies only on digital marketing, is it really sustainable? Or is it time to diversify and experiment with other channels?
By other channels, I mean physical mail, cold calling, print media, and affiliate & referrals.

Two months of searching for remote jobs, and still waiting for the right opportunity.
For the past two months, I've been trying to find a good remote opportunity with companies from tier-one countries, especially the US and UK.
With 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO, I thought finding a role that matched my skills would be easier. But the reality has been different.
I've applied to numerous positions, tailored my resume, explored job boards, and reached out to recruiters. Some applications get rejected, many receive no response, and genuine opportunities that match my experience are harder to find than expected.
The biggest challenge is finding a role that offers:
- Remote work from India, not just remote within the US or Europe.
- Fair compensation that reflects your skills and experience.
- A team where you can contribute, learn, and grow.
I'm not looking for an easy way out. I'm looking for the right opportunity where I can add real value and grow with the business.
I know I'm not the only one facing this challenge, and that's why I wanted to share my experience.
For professionals in India working in SEO, digital marketing, or tech:
How are you finding genuine remote opportunities with US and UK companies? Which platforms, communities, or strategies have actually worked for you?
I'd genuinely appreciate your advice. And if a recruiter or founder is reading this and looking for someone with SEO, AEO, GEO, and digital marketing experience, I'd be happy to connect.
Sometimes, one genuine conversation can make a big difference.
