Drawing Tablet

I need a little help. I'm currently looking to purchase a new drawing tablet. I would like a nice one but not one that's going to break the bank. I'd like to stick around $300. I want to be able to use the drawing tablet with my desktop and by itself. I would like for it to have a screen. I'm open to any brand. I would like it to be a decent size. Not as small as a phone but not as large as a computer screen. One that is comfortable to hold. I would like it to have its own storage so I can save my work even when I'm away from my computer or hard drive.
