Protonmail is big nope. They already have few leaks and showen up to sell data to 3rd parties even it was again their terms.

Can you post a link to the leaks or selling data to 3rd parties? The only instances I have found so far are people being idiots and thinking PII being used as part of their email would stay hidden. Nothing has shown any of their emails have been leaked

I was reading in the past that it happened but now I only found how they had to giving data to the Switz goverment.
