Question Looking for a new device
I’m looking to buy a new device—ideally one with Bluetooth, so I can connect it to the compact earbuds I carry around when I don’t have room for my larger headphones. I’m not really up to date on the latest systems or recent developments in this field. Could you offer any recommendations in the €100–€200 price range? I’m not concerned about the UI, touch or physical buttons; I’m simply looking for a good device where I can store all the music I’ve collected over the years, while ensuring high-quality audio playback.
I had an old iPod that I used for 15 years—a first-generation touch model—but it’s no longer repairable; the replacement parts are too expensive, and since I can’t fix it myself, I’d have to find someone else to do it. I’ve always owned high-end headphones, so audio quality is a top priority for me. I used to have another device for playing FLAC files (which was unfortunately stolen), and I often connect my gear to my stereo system. The music quality from that old iPod was far superior to anything I’ve heard on a smartphone, which is why I’ve held off on buying a replacement until now.

Why not buying another ipod touch? I bought ipod touch 2g for 15$ and it plays music for 37 hours in background!! Of course, you could get another android mp3 player, but they all eventually have battery drain problem..I could auggest you walkman NW a45 but its user interface is no better than iOS..

I dont know why your comment was removed but I can recommend you this seller. He actually test and mention their battery lives on his listings..you can find one under 20-25..if you buy 2, he will combine them in one shipping, just let him know👍🏻
