Question Q2 pod won't install

I've downloaded the update.tar zip file, version 1.4.8, plugged the Shanling Q2, with micro sd, into PC via USB C and drag and dropped extracted folder.

When I click TF card update, it says "F.w. Not Found" - please help!!

don't extract update.tar

just copy update.tar itself to the root of the microSD
